Information on the termination of production cooperation with ebm-papst Mulfingen GmbH&Co.KGaA&Co. KG at the Velké Poříčí plant

Effective December 31, 2025, the long-term production cooperation between Atas elektromotory Náchod a.s. and ebm-papst Mulfingen GmbH&Co.KGaA&Co. KG at the Velké Poříčí plant was terminated based on a notice from the German partner. ebm Beteiligungs-GmbH remains the majority shareholder of our joint-stock company.

During the second half of 2025, our joint-stock company underwent intensive preparation for the new conditions, focusing in particular on the preparation of cost-saving measures of all kinds and the acquisition of new orders with the aim of ensuring the company's prosperity for the period after the end of its 100-year tradition of electric motor production in Náchod in 2028.
