The advantages of rolling guide ways are easy running , low wear and warming at high motion rates , easy and efficient lubrication , low maintenance costs and easy disassembling. They make possible a very high running reliability, an exact play between matrix and punch, an exactness of the stamp pieces and an increasing of stamping speed.

The cages are made of polyamide, the guide columns should be made of high quality steel , heat treated up to 60 to 64 degree hardness HRc. The roughness of the surface between guide columns and bushings should be 0,20 Ra. Dimensions of the balls please see the enclosure. The balls in the cage must free rotate and must not fall out. There must be an excess space of 0,006 mm to 0,015 mm between the balls and bushings.

Operating temperature is from –10 up to +100 degrees Celsius.
